I hate failure

I bombed my World Midterm. It was pretty much the worst grade I have gotten my entire college career. I still have a B, but I'm pretty sure it's impossible for me to get an A. I have this weird perfectionist problem with getting B's AKA, I hate them. I'm trying to just breathe, get over it, and work hard for the rest of the semester. ugh. I hate bad grades...

So, i got through my week from you know where by the skin of my teeth.

-I finished my papers (one of which I presented today and debated about... It was about how i think there should be a Hip Hop dance major option... seriously people, do you really have to argue with me?)

-finished reading poems at 1am

-took my reading quiz which I did mediocre on

-took my Midterm which I'm pretty sure I bombed. Awesome. Well, at least its over.

After Sunday I will literally feel 10 pounds of weight lift off my shoulders. Here's what I will do:

-Not half A my school work

-Hang out with friends when I can

-Get ahead on choreography... better yet, create legit, meaningful choreography

-Rest?

-Eat on a regular schedule

-Spend ample time with Jesus

-Wear jewlery

-Straighten my hair

-Wait for my eyebrows and lashes to grow back

As for now... I sit waiting for my English advisor to get here for our appointment... assuming she remembers to meet me....

It's a beautiful morninnnn' ahhhh

So I spent the night at my second home last night (the Kelly's) and actually was able to sleep in. Sadly, I had to come home because I have a ton of homework and choreography that I procrastinated on, but I'm not even that mad because I'm going to do most of it on our deck in the SUNSHINE! Can I just say that I love the sun. Luckily we have like a little barrier on our deck (my dad is like weirdly obsessed with privacy.. he hates that our neighborhood has grown since 1990), so I can sit out there in possibly my spaghetti strap tank top and not feel awk. I prob shouldn't have posted that. Don't come creepin!

Sweepy

I'm vewy sweepy. Someone called me from work at 9am this morning, and I couldn't go back to sleep after that.. Mind you, I went to sleep at 2:30am. Lovely.

March... Let's just say I'm booked.

That's not even including the 5 dance classes I teach, 5 school classes I take, extra-curriculars, soon to be Youth Choir dance rehearsals, and assignments due... Oh my life. Jesus take the wheel. (hahahaha.. I just quoted Carrie Underwood.. lame)

A Break? Prob Not

I have no posted in a while because I've been consumed with homework, papers, midterms, choreographing, teaching, serving, and trying to maintain a slim to none social life.

I am excited for Spring Break, but it will

be busy and filled with studying, paper writing, choreographing, rehearsals, and churchie things. Pretty much the same things I've been busy with minus a few classes.

Hopefully I will have more time this week to work on all the choreography I need to think up and teach within the next Month and a half... we'll see

Overwhelmed!

So, it wasn't until this morning while talking to my hair dresser that I realized exactly how crazy busy I am... 15 hours of classes per week, teaching 5 dance classes, Youth Leader/dance director, lead worship in 1822, lifeguarding here and there... meanwhile, trying to have a life and spend time with Jesus.

The thing is, I thrive off of business, so this is pretty normal, but slightly unhealthy for me. I was kinda excited for a chill day, until I realized I have a to do list to get done:

-Hair appointment

-Get itunes fixed

-study for midterms

-read

-choreograph for CNU's Interp

-prepare for dance classes tonight

-clean? ...That's on the back burner...

Unfortunately, Project Runway is on, so I'm trying to multi-task. Oh well, I'll get through it! Hopefully?

Only One More

So glad this week is over. 3 week of doom down, one more to go, then Spring Break babbaayy!

As of now, I am NOT doing homework or extra-curriculars, I am going to see Whitney in Beauty and the Beast with Rebekah and then going to watch ABDC and Taking the Stage with friends at John. Praise Jesus for Thursday nights. :)
